How to pay
Over the counter
- Visit any Cairo Bank branch.
- Present your student number.
- Our teller will deposit your school fees on the number presented.
- You will receive a slip as confirmation of payment, which you present to the school bursar.
MTN Mobile Money
- Dial *165#.
- Select option 4 (Payments).
- Select option 2 (School fees).
- Select option 1 (SchoolPay).
- Select Pay fees.
- Input the student number.
- Verify the student information (name, school and class).
- Enter the amount to pay.
- Enter your mobile money PIN.
Airtel Money
- Dial *185#.
- Select option 5 (Payments).
- Select option 4 (School fees).
- Select option 6 (SchoolPay).
- Enter the student number.
- Enter the amount.
- Enter your PIN to confirm the transaction.
Internet or Mobile Banking
- Log in to the retail or mobile platform.
- Click on your account name.
- Select School fees.
- Select the student number (SchoolPay).
- Input the contact number registered with the bank.
- Input the amount.
- Input the challenge in the HID app.
- Input the OTP from the challenge response.
- Validate and confirm.
